Reform and Reconstruction of Teacher-Student Relationship under the Background of Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control %A 代晶晶 %J Advances in Education %P 2099-2107 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2022.126320 %X 疫情防控常态化背景下师生关系悄然发生着改变。通过对农业、工业、信息社会的师生关系演变历程的梳理,我们发现师生关系本质上是一种社会关系,演变历经血缘、道德、行政、法律和心理关系几个阶段;当前师生关系发展面临三方面的困境,即知识权威的丧失导致师生关系的淡漠化、虚拟场景的设置造成师生关系的形式化、超越时空的教学形成师生关系的单向控制,因而师生关系的重构需要转变传统师生角色,建构深层师生交往;创设多元学习环境,达成有效师生交往;重视师生教学交互,回归共生师生交往。
Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the relationship between teachers and students has changed. By combing the evolution of teacher-student relationship in agriculture, industry and information society, we find that teacher-student relationship is essentially a social relationship, which has evolved through several stages of blood relationship, morality, administration, law and psychological relationship; At present, the development of teacher-student relationship faces three difficulties: The loss of knowledge authority leads to the indifference of teacher-student relationship, the setting of virtual scene leads to the formalization of teacher-student relationship, and the teaching beyond time and space forms the one-way control of teacher-student relationship. Therefore, the reconstruction of teacher-student relationship needs to change the traditional role of teachers and students and construct deep communication between teachers and students; Create a diversified learning environment to achieve effective communication between teachers and students; Attach importance to teaching interaction between teachers and students and return to symbiotic communication between teachers and students. %K 疫情,师生关系,变革,重构
