It is widely used in the influence of Li on the performance of lithium batteries. When using NDP technology to measure lithium concentration in lithium batteries, the distribution of target nuclide concentration with sample surface depth can be obtained by measuring energy spectrum inversion. In this paper, the principle of measuring lithium ion concentration in lithium batteries with the NDP method is analyzed, and a collimator is added to the measurement system. Through the research and evaluation of four typical lithium ion concentration distributions, it is shown that the collimator can effectively improve the reliability of the inversion algorithm when applied to the inversion calculation of NDP measurement. %K Collimator %K NDP Measurement %K Inversion Algorithm %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6777624
