A rapid method was established to simultaneously extract and detect various sulfonamide antibiotics and their typical metabolites in sediments. After freeze-drying, the sediment samples were extracted with extraction solution (pure water, acetonitrile) and purified with purification salt (magnesium sulfate, C18). The target compounds were then measured by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). Compared with the accelerated solvent extraction method, the used organic solvent in the present method was reduced by 57%, and the extraction time was reduced by 40%. In addition, the recoveries of the method at low concentrations were relatively high, ranging from 80% to 121%, and the relative standard deviations were all less than 9%. It suggests that the method could be applied to simultaneously detect sulfonamide antibiotics and their metabolites in sediments, and the detection process is relatively fast. %K 磺胺类抗生素,代谢物,萃取,高效液相色谱–串联质谱法
