%X 乳腺癌成为第一大癌症，严重影响患者身体和心理健康，也给医疗卫生服务系统带来巨大压力。同伴支持是一种患者间的新型互助模式，能让不同阶段的患者更好地应对疾病带来的身心问题。本文从同伴支持的概念、发展历程、国内外研究现状、我国开展乳腺癌患者同伴支持面临的挑战等方面展开综述，旨在提出今后开展乳腺癌患者同伴支持研究的建议，为同伴支持在乳腺癌患者中的进一步发展提供参考。<br />
Breast cancer has become the number one cancer, severely affecting the physical and mental health of patients, and putting enormous pressure on the health care service system. Peer support is a new model of mutual assistance among patients, which enables patients at different stages to better cope with the physical and mental problems caused by the disease. This article reviews the concept of peer support, its development history, research status at home and abroad, and the challenges faced in developing peer support for breast cancer patients in China, to provide reference for fur-ther development in patients.
