%X 在长篇小说《人世间》中，作者刻画了众多底层劳动者形象，其个性化的人物映射出中国广大劳动人民的共性特征。作品以周家的小儿子周秉昆的人生轨迹为主线，挖掘中国在近五十年时间跨度变迁中，底层劳动人民的温情坚守，叙述视角平民化，人物形象立体鲜活。藉此，摘取作品中具备代表性的人物展开分析解读，作者刻画出执着专注、无私奉献、昧旦晨兴的底层劳动者形象。在现实价值的挖掘中探寻出劳动者形象和劳动文化的耦合关系：第一，劳动者形象是劳动文化的“非话语”物质载体；第二，劳动文化寓于劳动者形象中；第三，劳动者形象与劳动文化的相互成就。<br />
In the novel A Lifelong Journey, the author depicts the images of many workers at the bottom, and their individual characters reflect the common characteristics of the vast number of working people in China. The work takes the life trajectory of Zhou Bingkun, the youngest son of the Zhou family, as the main line, and explores the warmth and persistence of the working people at the bottom of China in the past 50 years of changes; the narrative perspective is civilian, and the characters are three-dimensional and vivid. In this way, the representative characters in the works are extracted to analyze and interpret. The author depicts the image of the bottom laborer who is persistent, dedicated, selfless, and ignorant. In the excavation of real value, the coupling relationship between the image of laborers and labor culture is explored: first, the image of laborers is the “non-discourse” material carrier of labor culture; secondly, labor culture resides in the image of laborers; thirdly, the mutual achievement of the worker image and the labor culture.
