%X 新业态共享经济在互联网的发展中应运而生,在新业态共享经济的发展背景下的平台企业利用平台资源盘活闲置资源,共享信息,多角度地利用信息提高劳动速度和效率,企业人力资源管理的模式也不再像传统的管理模式,随着这种共享经济背景下产生新的模式。本文从新业态共享经济人力资源的概念、特点、管理问题进行研究,就新业态共享经济基础上的企业人力资源管理模式创新问题进行了积极的探讨。
With the development of Internet, the new business sharing economy emerges as the times require. Under the background of new business sharing economy, platform enterprises make use of platform resources to revitalize idle resources, share information, and use information from various angles to improve labor speed and efficiency. The mode of enterprise human resource management is no longer like the traditional management mode, and a new mode emerges with this sharing economy background. This paper studies the concept, characteristics and management of human resources in the new business sharing economy, and actively discusses the innovation of enterprise human resources management mode based on the new business sharing economy.
