The private enterprise economy is an important part of my country’s non-public economy. The rapid growth of the enterprise economy is inseparable from the efforts of the employees of the enterprise. In the era of fast-paced development, the work pressure of the employees of the enterprise increases with the company year after year to new goals. Based on the current situation of the work pressure on enterprise employees, new strategies and prospects for the development of private enterprises are put forward.
