%X 随着腹腔镜技术的不断创新和发展，在胃癌手术治疗上完全腹腔镜技术得到长足发展，由于其具有更微创、损伤小、恢复快等优势，目前完全腹腔镜手术已在胃癌根治术中发挥了巨大作用，并被国内外临床外科医生所推崇。众所周知，不同的消化道重建方法对胃癌根治术后有较大影响，不过无论采取哪种吻合方式，均应该结合完全腹腔镜操作要点及术中具体情况。目前胃癌根治术中常用的消化道重建方法中有Billroth I式、Billroth II式、Roux-en-Y式吻合。本文将围绕上述不同的消化道重建方式进行综述。<br />
With the continuous innovation and development of laparoscopic technology, complete laparoscopy technology has made great progress in the surgical treatment of gastric cancer. Due to its ad-vantages of more minimally invasive, less damage and recoverable, complete laparoscopic surgery has played a huge role in radical gastrectomy and is highly respected by clinical surgeons at home and abroad. As is known to all, different reconstruction methods in the digestive tract have a great impact on all aspects after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. However, no matter which anas-tomosis method is adopted, the key points of complete laparoscopic operation and the specific con-ditions in the operation should be combined. At present, the common digestive tract reconstruction method in radical gastric cancer includes Billroth I, Billroth II, and Roux-en-Y anastomosis. This re-view will focus on the above different reconstruction methods of digestive tract.
