%X 血栓弹力图(TEG)是一种用于反映全血凝血过程的灵敏试验，可以对血小板功能，血浆因子活性，纤维蛋白聚合和溶解进行综合评估。目前TEG已被广泛用于胸部手术、肝移植手术、产科及骨科手术，指导成分输血，检测。本文对TEG在临床中的应用作一综述。<br />
Thromboelastogram (TEG) is a sensitive test designed to reflect the whole blood clotting process and to evaluate platelet function, plasma factor activity, and fibrin aggregation and dissolution. At present, TEG has been widely used in chest surgery, liver transplantation, obstetrics and orthopedic surgery, guiding component blood transfusion and detection. This article reviews the clinical ap-plication of TEG.
