Finite Element Analysis of a Truck Frame %A 王虎 %A 黄孟 %J Modeling and Simulation %P 810-819 %@ 2324-870X %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MOS.2022.113075 %X 以某货车车架作为研究对象,首先使用UG对车架进行三维建模,并将该三维模型生成STP文件导入ANSYS中,然后采用有限元方法对该货车车架在多种工况下进行静力学分析,同时在此基础上开展模态分析。结果表明:该货车车架在不同工况下,均符合刚度和强度的设计要求,且不发生共振,该货车车架结构符合设计要求。
A truck frame is used as a research object, first establishing three-dimensional modeling of the frame with the UG, and introducing the three-dimensional model to generate the STP file into ANSYS, and then under multiple conditions using a finite element method to carry static analysis. Simultaneously modal analysis is studied on this basis. The results show that under different conditions the truck frame is in accordance with the design requirements of stiffness and strength and does not resonate; the truck frame structure complies with design requirements. %K 货车车架,有限元,静力学分析,模态分析
