%X 本研究以192家A股新能源上市企业2013~2020年的面板数据为样本，运用固定效应模型研究了政府补贴、企业内部治理、地区金融化水平与新能源企业研发投入之间的关系。研究结果发现：政府补贴对新能源企业研发投入具有正向影响；将企业内部治理以及地区金融指数作为调节变量，进一步分析发现，高管薪酬与地区金融化水平较高，能够显著地加强政府补贴对新能源企业研发投入的正向影响。在此基础上对新能源企业的发展提出了建议。<br />
Based on the panel data of 192 A-share new energy listed companies from 2013 to 2020, this study uses a fixed effect model to study the relationship between government subsidies, internal govern-ance, regional financialization level and R&amp;D investment of new energy companies. The results show that: government subsidy has a positive impact on R&amp;D investment of new energy enterprises; taking corporate internal governance and regional financial index as moderating variables, further analysis shows that higher level of executive compensation and regional financialization can signif-icantly strengthen the positive impact of government subsidies on R&amp;D investment of new energy enterprises. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of new energy enterprises.
