Exploring the Means of Psychological Help and Education for Delinquent Juveniles %A 左芸骄 %A 王丽 %A 黄金钰 %A 陈慧君 %J Advances in Psychology %P 1717-1722 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2022.125205 %X 《最高人民检察院关于加强新时代未成年人检察工作的意见》中指明,要完善涉罪未成年人帮教机制建设,引入人格甄别、心理干预等手段,提高帮教的精准度、有效性。本研究立足探究心理评估与心理辅导这两种手段在罪错未成年人心理帮教工作的应用措施,旨在为司法机关进一步完善心理帮教机制提供一定的理论基础,同时也为处在帮教第一线的工作者提供新思路,以期从根源上帮助罪错未成年人积极矫正,时刻内省,不断更正自己的认知,重新融入正常的社会生活,为国家建设做出应有贡献。心理评估作为帮教的前提,可分成基础性评估、矫治性评估和预测性评估;心理辅导作为帮教的形式,可通过开展心灵伙伴、文化浸润、个体咨询、团体辅导和家庭课堂活动实施。
“The Opinions of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on Strengthening the Procuratorial Work for juveniles in the New Era” specifies that the construction of a mechanism for helping and edu-cating juveniles involved in crimes should be improved, and means such as personality screening and psychological intervention should be introduced to improve the precision and effectiveness of help and education. This study is based on exploring the application of psychological assessment and psychological counselling in the psychological assistance of juveniles who have committed crimes, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the judicial authorities to further improve the psychological help and education mechanism. In the meantime, it also provides new ideas for those who work in the first line of help and education, in order to help juveniles to correct their mistakes from the source, to be introspective at all times, to reintegrate into normal social life, to correct their perceptions and to contribute to the construction of the country. Psychological assessment, as a prerequisite for help and education, can be divided into basic, corrective and predictive assessments; Psychological counselling as a form of help and education can be implemented through spiritual partnerships, cultural immersion, individual counselling, group counselling and family classroom activities. %K 罪错未成年人,帮教,心理评估,心理辅导
