%X 经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty, PKP)能够减轻老年胸腰椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, OVCF)引起的疼痛，但对于腰背部肌肉软组织损伤导致的疼痛疗效欠佳。本研究采用电针结合定向透药治疗患者术后残留腰背痛，患者在VAS (visual an-alogue scale)评分和ODI (Oswestry dability index)指数方面都得到明显改善，表明中医定向透药治疗对胸腰椎压缩骨折患者术后快速康复有一定帮助。<br />
Percutaneous kyphoplasty (percutaneous kyphoplasty, PKP) can relieve the pain caused by osteo-porotic compression fractures (osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, OVCF) of the elderly thoracolumbar spine, but it is not effective for pain caused by muscle and soft tissue injury in the lower back. In this study, electroacupuncture combined with directional penetrating medicine was used to treat patients with postoperative residual low back pain, and the VAS score and ODI index of the patients were significantly improved, which shows that the directional penetration treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful for the rapid postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures.
