	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">学科竞赛是高校培养高素质人才的重要手段之一。为了探究学科竞赛在高校人才培养体系中的作用，本文以力学竞赛为例对苏州大学轨道交通学院的参赛学生进行了调查问卷，并对问卷结果进行了分析，最后针对如何提高学生竞赛积极性等方面提出相应的建议。<br />
Discipline competition is one of the important means for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents. In order to explore the role of subject competition in the talent training system of colleges and universities, this paper takes mechanics competition as an example to conduct a questionnaire on the participating students from School of Rail Transportation of Soochow University, and analyzes the results of the questionnaire. Finally, some suggestions on how to improve students’ enthusiasm for competition are put forward.</span>
