本文以福建省为例,分析了传统饮食非物质文化遗产生产性保护现状和存在问题,并以传统饮食发展趋势为导向,提出了关于加强新时代背景下传统饮食生产性保护发展的建议,旨在以保护带动发展,以发展促进保护,提升福建省传统饮食非物质文化遗产保护工作成效,弘扬优秀饮食文化,助推传统饮食繁荣与振兴。
Taking
Fujian Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and
existing problems of productive protection of traditional diet intangible
cultural heritage, and takes the development trend of traditional diet as a
guide to put forward suggestions on strengthening the development of productive
protection of traditional diet under the background of the new era. It is in
order to drive development through protection, promote protection through
development, enhance the effectiveness of the protection of traditional diet
intangible cultural heritage, promote excellent diet culture, and boost the
prosperity and revitalization of traditional diet in Fujian Province.
