Impact of Nurses’ Career Development Planning on Job Satisfaction %A 姚榆 %A 高希花 %A 来顺娟 %A 杨青玉 %A 郭晓英 %A 徐荣 %A 王云芳 %J Modern Management %P 623-630 %@ 2160-732X %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MM.2022.125085 %X 目的:了解护士职业生涯发展规划对其工作满意度的影响,为进一步提升护士的工作满意度提供不同思路的参考依据。方法:采用职业生涯状况评价量表对医院307名工作护士进行调查,职业生涯现状对工作满意度的影响采用回归分析得出结果。结果:护士职业生涯规划中继续教育和自我认知对护士的工作满意度不产生显著影响关系;确定职业目标与策略和组织晋升对护士满意度产生正向显著影响关系。结论:护士职业生涯发展受多方面的影响,并且职业生涯发展规划会对工作满意度产生显著影响,对重点人群进行重点干预和指导,从而引导护理人员正确认识护理职业,提高工作积极性,提升护理质量。
Objective: To understand the impact of nurses’ career development planning, and to provide a reference for the improvement on their job satisfaction. Methods: An evaluation scale of nursing career was used and called back among 307 nurses. Regression analysis was performed to analyze the impact of career planning on job satisfaction. Results: Continuing education and self-cognition were not obviously associated with nurses’ job satisfaction. Career goal determination and position promotion conferred a positive association with nurses’ job satisfaction. Conclusion: Multiple factors are correlated with nurses’ career development planning, and then bringing an impact on their job satisfaction. Certain intervention and direction should be provided to targeted staff, in order to raise their job enthusiasm and improve the nursing quality. %K 职业生涯发展规划,工作满意度,护理工作
