%X 2010年1月1日起事业单位正式实施了岗位绩效工资制,工资由岗位工资、薪级工资、绩效工资和津贴补贴四部分组成,其中岗位工资、薪级工资为基本工资,是记录在人事档案中的工资,也可以称为档案工资。虽然当前档案工资相对于绩效工资而言在全部工资收入中占的比例不是很高,但是档案工资关系到每位职工方方面面的切身利益,所以必须加强档案工资的管理。
The position salary and performance salary system have been implemented officially since January 1, 2010, in public institutions. The salary is composed of post salary, grade salary, performance salary and subsidies. Among them, post salary and grade salary are the basic salary, which are recorded in the personnel file, which can also be called file salary. Although the proportion of file salary in the total salary income is not very high, file salary is related to the vital interests of every employee in all aspects, so the management of file salary must be strengthened.
