目的:通过访谈了解护生在病理生理学实验过程中的真实体验与感受,探究病理生理学实验中存在的问题,并提出改进的措施,提高护生在病理生理学实验中的学习效果。方法:运用质性研究中的访谈法,对15名2020级护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,并记录访谈资料,整理分析资料后提炼主题,得出结果。结果:通过访谈,护生对病理生理学实验有以下感受:有益于提高自身能力;有益于树立正确生命价值观;有益于为临床工作奠定基础;有益于培养耐心和谨慎态度;实验成功率低。结论:通过对护生的访谈,揭示出存在的两个问题:护生对实验细节把控不够,教师在实验前应该仔细讲解实验细节;护生不熟悉实验设备,教师在实验前应该讲解实验设备的使用方法。
Objective: To understand the real experience and feelings of nursing students in the process of pathophysiology experiments through interviews, explore the problems existing in the pathophysiology experiments, and put forward improvement measures to improve the learning effect of nursing students in the pathophysiology experiments. Methods: Using the interview method in qualitative research, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 nursing undergraduates of the 2020 grade, and the interview data were recorded. Results: Through the interviews, nursing students had the following feelings about the pathophysiological experiment: it is beneficial to improve their own ability; it is beneficial to establish correct life values; it is beneficial to lay a foundation for clinical work; it is beneficial to cultivate patience and cautious attitude; the success rate of the experiment is low. Conclusion: Through the interviews with nursing students, two problems were revealed: nursing students did not have enough control over the experimental details, and teachers should explain the experimental details carefully before the experiment; Nursing students are not familiar with experimental equipment, and teachers should explain how to use the experimental equipment before the experiment.
