%X 宫颈癌是女性生殖道恶性肿瘤，严重影响和危害妇女身心健康，本文应用免疫组织化学(Immunohistochemistry, IHC)法研究p53和CK-7标记物在宫颈癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征及预后的关系，并进行综述。分析其在宫颈癌的发生和发展的关系，探讨宫颈癌的发生机制。<br />
Cervical cancer is the female genital tract malignant tumor, the serious influence and harm to the physical and mental health of women. This paper applied immunohistochemical technique to study of p53 and CK-7 markers expression in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis, and summarized it, and analyzed the relationships in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, to explore the mechanism of cervical cancer.
