%X 传统的经济形态在“互联网+”时代背景下发生了巨大改变，以抖音、快手等平台为代表的各互联网平台开始兴起并蓬勃发展。在此背景下女性的就业与发展虽然有了更加广阔的空间，仍然有一些现实的问题成为女性就业的阻碍。本文通过依托“互联网+”的各平台就业的女性的问卷调查及访谈，初步分析女性在“互联网+”背景下就业所存在的问题，并给出相应的对策和措施。<br />
The traditional economic form has undergone tremendous changes in the context of the “Internet+” era. Various Internet platforms, such as TikTok and Kwai, began to emerge and flourish. In this context, although women’s employment and development have a broader space, there are still some practical problems that hinder women’s employment. This article preliminarily analyzes the problems existing in women’s employment under the background of “Internet+”, and gives corresponding countermeasures and measures through the questionnaire survey and interviews of women employed on various platforms of “Internet+”.
