%X 结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)是全球第三大常见癌症，也是癌症死亡的第二大常见原因，其中约70%~90%由“传统腺瘤–癌”途径发展而来。进展期结直肠腺瘤(Advanced colorectal adenomas)被认为是具有高度恶性转化可能性的结直肠癌癌前病变。近年来大量研究证明了代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome, MS)与CRC的正相关性，然而代谢综合征及其组分与进展期结直肠腺瘤的关系研究仍较少，本文将对此进行综述。<br />
Colorectal cancer (colorectal cancer, CRC) is the third most common cancer worldwide and the sec-ond most common cause of cancer death. The traditional adenoma-carcinoma pathway leads to 70%~90% of colorectal cancers. Advanced colorectal adenomas are generally regarded as adeno-mas with a high tendency of malignant transformation. Recent years, numerous studies have con-firmed a positive association between metabolic syndrome and CRC. However, there are still few studies investigated the associations between metabolic syndrome and its components and ad-vanced colorectal adenoma. This article will review this issue.
