%X 曲轴是汽车发动机中的重要零部件,在工作过程中会承受周期性载荷的作用,在发动机额定转速范围内有可能发生强烈的共振,导致曲轴发生扭振失效或断裂现象,容易引发安全事故。为研究某V型发动机曲轴的振动特性,首先,本文在三维软件SolidWorks中建立了发动机曲轴的三维模型。然后,基于有限元方法,将其导入仿真软件Abaqus中进行约束模态分析,对发动机曲轴的固有频率和振型进行了详细分析及讨论。最后,以曲轴的单拐模型为研究对象,考虑到应力集中效应的影响对曲轴进行了结构优化设计,并对优化结果进行了分析。为进一步解决现有发动机曲轴振动问题提供理论基础,为发动机曲轴的结构改进方向提供参考。
Crankshaft is an important part of automobile engine, which will bear the role of periodic load in the working process. Strong resonance may occur within the rated speed range of the engine, resulting in crankshaft torsional vibration failure or fracture, which is easy to cause safety accidents. In order to study the vibration characteristics of a Vengine crankshaft, a three-dimensional model of the engine crankshaft is established in SolidWorks. Then, based on the finite element method, it was imported into the simulation software Abaqus for constrained modal analysis, and the natural frequency and vibration mode of engine crankshaft were analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, taking the single-turn model of the crankshaft as the research object, considering the influence of stress concentration effect, the structure optimization design of the crankshaft is carried out, and the optimization results are analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for further solving the existing engine crankshaft vibration problem and provides a reference for the improvement direction of engine crankshaft structure.
