%X 政府工作报告中提出要“推动高质量发展，创造高品质生活”，而公共服务满意度是城市居民“高品质”生活的重要标志。论文利用中国综合社会调查(2015年)的详细数据考察城市居民公共服务的满意度，并采用OLS经济模型分析哪些因素对城市居民公共服务满意度产生影响。结果发现，1) 我国城市居民对公共服务的评价处于较满意水平。2) 政治参与、社会经济地位、阶级认同、主观幸福感、社会信任和社会公平感均能显著影响居民公共服务满意度。3) 论文针对关键影响因素提出相应对策建议。<br />
The government work report proposes to “promote high-quality development and create high-quality life”, and public service satisfaction is an important symbol of “high-quality” life of ur-ban residents. This paper uses the detailed data of China Comprehensive Social Survey (2015) to investigate the satisfaction of urban residents with public services, and uses OLS economic model to analyze which factors affect the satisfaction of urban residents with public services. The results show that: 1) urban residents in China are satisfied with the evaluation of public services. 2) Politi-cal participation, socio-economic status, class identity, subjective well-being, social trust and social equity can all affect residents’ satisfaction with public services. 3) The paper puts forward corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions for the key influencing factors.
