School bullying research focuses on the prevention and intervention of bullying behavior. This article points out that due to the complex ecological environment of campus, the research on school bullying should pay more attention to knowledge from social psychology, in particular the attitudes of each individual involved in school bullying. Based on the research of just world belief, this paper analyzes teachers’ (normal university students) just world belief and its effect on school bullying, and proposes ways to cultivate teachers’ just world belief.
