%X 校园欺凌研究关注欺凌行为的预防和干预。由于校园复杂的生态环境，校园欺凌的研究应更多地发挥社会心理学的作用，关注校园欺凌中各主体对待欺凌的态度。在梳理了公正世界信念研究的基础上，本文深入分析了教师(师范生)的公正世界信念及其对校园欺凌的作用，提出培育教师(师范生)公正世界信念的方法，并对未来的校园欺凌研究进行了展望。<br />
School bullying research focuses on the prevention and intervention of bullying behavior. This article points out that due to the complex ecological environment of campus, the research on school bullying should pay more attention to knowledge from social psychology, in particular the attitudes of each individual involved in school bullying. Based on the research of just world belief, this paper analyzes teachers’ (normal university students) just world belief and its effect on school bullying, and proposes ways to cultivate teachers’ just world belief. This article ends with reflections on future research on school bullying.
