%X 政府工作满意度评价反映了民众对政府的信任和政府工作的效果,近几年受到国家和社会重视。社会公平度和社会安全度作为人民群众的主观感知,会影响其对社会和政府的评价。本文采用结构方程模型,探讨了社会公平度和社会安全度对政府工作满意度的影响关系。研究表明:社会公平度和社会安全度都对政府工作满意度具有显著影响,且社会公平度对其影响更大。未来政府可通过改善相关因素,提升居民对政府的满意度。
The evaluation of government job satisfaction reflects the people’s trust in the government and the effectiveness of government work, and has received national and social attention in recent years. Social equity and social security, as subjective perceptions of the people, affect their evaluation of society and the government. This paper uses structural equation modelling to explore the relationship between the influence of social equity and social security on government job satisfaction. The study shows that both social equity and social security have a significant impact on government job satisfaction, and social equity has a greater impact on it. In the future, the government can improve the related factors to enhance the residents’ satisfaction with the government.
