%X Cultivating English literacy is particularly important in the construction of college students¡¯ educational literacy system. In order to create a good campus English learning atmosphere and create characteristic cultural projects, the team explored ways to innovate and develop college students¡¯ morning reading bases from the perspective of data and group surveys, held discussions and research, explored innovative morning reading models suitable for college students, and gave relevant suggestions.
