“Happy Old Age on the Tip of the Tongue”: A Study on the Problem of Elderly Care Catering Service in Urban Communities in L City %A 皮灵敏 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 1083-1090 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2022.114147 %X 俗话说:“民以食为天”,社区老年人的用餐问题,则是社区养老服务中的重中之重,社区养老助餐项目也逐渐在全国各地开展。但是,相比发达城市的助餐服务,二三线城市还是落后许多。L市是广西第一大工业城市,是广西最早进入人口老龄化的地区之一,解决社区养老助餐问题更是迫在眉睫。因此,本文主要运用了问卷调查、无结构访谈等方法采集资料,对L市区养老助餐服务的实施现状展开了调查。调查发现,L市区的助餐服务存在着资金不足、社区支持力度不大、缺乏监管标准以及服务质量有待提高等一系列的问题。笔者在此基础上探究其原因,并结合L市区的实际情况,分别从政府层面、社区层面、社会组织层面这三个层面提供了相关的建议,为社区助餐服务项目的开设和发展提供有益参考。
As the saying goes, “food is the most important thing for the people”, the dining problem of the elderly in the community is the top priority in the community elderly care service, and the community elderly care meal assistance project is gradually carried out all over the country. However, compared with the buffet service in developed cities, the second and third tier cities still lag far behind. L city is the largest industrial city in Guangxi and one of the earliest areas in Guangxi to enter the aging population. It is urgent to solve the problem of community elderly care and meal assistance. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey and unstructured interview to collect data, and investigates the implementation status of elderly care buffet service in L urban area. The survey found that there are a series of problems in the catering service in L City, such as insufficient funds, little community support, lack of regulatory standards and service quality to be improved. On this basis, the author explores the reasons, and combined with the actual situation of L urban area, provides relevant suggestions from the three levels of government level, community level and social organization level, so as to provide a useful reference for the establishment and development of community catering service projects. %K 城市社区,社区老人,养老助餐
