Experience Review and Deepening Strategies of National Unity and Progress Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era—Investigation Based on Evidence-Based Methodology %A 李晨程 %A 陈荟 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 1033-1041 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2022.114140 %X 作为新时代中国特色社会主义大学建设的系列工程之一,高校民族团结进步教育深刻反映扎根中国大地办大学题中之义。以循证方法检视高校民族团结进步教育研究经验及问题,对深化施策推进工作意义显著。通过对高校民族团结进步教育相关问题研究在中国知网(CNKI)发文量显性增值区,即自2017年以来国内定性研究成果进行系统评价,得到完善顶层设计、建构基础要素、创新活动环境等三个方面的经验证据。此基础上,提出健全“校–院–系”党委分级领导管理制度、构建“民族+”一流学科教学研究团队、创设“校–社”共治共享对话时空等建议。
As one of the series of projects for the construction of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the education of national unity and progress in colleges and universities deeply reflects the meaning of running universities in China. Reviewing the research experience and problems of national unity and progress education in colleges and universities with evidence- based methods is of great significance to deepening policy implementation. Through the systematic evaluation of the qualitative research results in China since 2017 in the dominant value-added area of the number of published papers in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the empirical evidence is obtained from three aspects: improving the top-level design, optimizing the environmental mechanism and innovating the symbolic media. On this basis, it is proposed to improve the hierarchical leadership management system of “school-department” party committees, build “ethnic+” first-class disciplines, scientific research, teaching teams, and cultivate “school- society” co-governance and sharing dialogue. %K 民族团结进步教育,高等教育发展,循证教育,定性系统评价,知证决策
