面对当前“创新创业”的时代浪潮,高校面临双一流发展的转型危机,也迎来新的挑战和机遇。新冠疫情持续发展带来的不确定性,以及当前社会对心理服务的重视和需求增加,对高校应用型心理学人才培养也提出了更高的要求。而高校培养学生与社会需求不匹配,就造成了就业不均衡、供需不匹配、就业难的现象。当前本科院校应用型心理学人才培养面临需求与培养脱节,专业特色不突出,双创能力弱,产学研脱节,培养方式单一等困境。针对高校应用心理学专业发展和人才培养面临的困境与机遇,立足双创视域,探索相应的教育改革思路,提出方向多元化、培养多元化、协同多元化、队伍多元化、路径多元化、课程多元化的应用型心理学人才培养模型。通过双创教育与专业教育结合,产学研多方协同融通,核心素养培养及评价多元化,激发创新活力的教学方式,特色人才培养方案等培养策略,以期实现应用型心理学人才培养的优化,助力创新创业,提高教育质量,满足社会需求。
Facing the current wave of “innovation and entrepreneurship”, colleges and universities are facing the transformation crisis of double first-class development and ushering in new challenges and opportunities. The sustained development of COVID-19 and the increasing attention and demand of psychological services in the current society also raise higher requirements for the cultivation of applied psychology talents in universities. The mismatch between the cultivation of students in colleges and universities and social needs leads to the phenomenon of unbalanced employment and difficult employment. At present, the cultivation of applied psychology talents in undergraduate colleges and universities is facing some difficulties, such as the disconnection between demand and cultivation, the lack of professional characteristics, the weak ability of innovation and entrepre-neurship, the disconnection between industry, university and research, and the single cultivation mode. In view of the difficulties and opportunities faced by the professional development and talent cultivation of applied psychology in colleges and universities, based on the perspective of innova-tion and entrepreneurship, this paper explores the corresponding ideas of educational reform, and puts forward to an applied psychology talent cultivation model with diversified direction, cultivation, coordination, team, path and curriculum. Through the combination of innovation and entre-preneurship education and professional education, multi-party coordination and integration of in-dustry, university and research, diversification of core literacy cultivation and evaluation, teaching methods to stimulate innovative vitality, characteristic talent cultivation programs and other cultivation strategies, and thus optimize the cultivation of applied psychology talents, helping innova-tion and entrepreneurship, improve education quality and meet social needs.
