目的:了解在校大学生抑郁现状及影响因素,为高校开展心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用自编问卷,运用SPSS 26.0进行相关性分析、利用AMOS 24.0构建抑郁影响因素结构方程。结果:大学生抑郁心理检出率为19.20%。抑郁影响因素路径及程度为负面情感(0.565) > 认知偏向(0.463) > 学校环境(0.336) > 家庭环境(0.299) > 躯体症状(0.284) > 睡眠障碍(0.240),均有显著的正向直接影响(P < 0.05)。结论:负面生理状态与负面心理因素共同影响抑郁状态,积极的环境氛围可以降低抑郁心理的发生。
Objective: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of depression among college students, and to provide reference for the follow-up psychological health education in colleges and universities. Methods: Using self-designed questionnaire, SPSS 26.0 was used for correlation analysis, AMOS 24.0 was used to construct the structural equation of influencing factors of depression. Results: The detection rate of depression was 19.20%. The path and degree of depression were negative emotion (0.565) > cognitive bias (0.463) > school environment (0.336) > home environment (0.299) > somatic symptoms (0.284) > sleep disorders (0.240). It had significant positive and direct effects (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The detection rate of depression in college students is low, physiological factors and psychological factors can jointly promote the occurrence of depression in college students, and positive environmental atmosphere can reduce the occurrence of depression.
