%X 教学育人是军校文职教员重要的职能，对于提高军队院校培养质量和办学水平具有重要的作用。本文对8所军校文职教员进行了问卷调查和座谈访谈，深入分析了军队院校文职教员教学育人存在的问题，从完善人才引进机制、畅通职业发展路径、提高综合能力素质等三个方面，提出提高军校文职教员教学育人能力的对策建议，着力培养锻造新型军事人才，提升军队院校办学水平。本文认为军校文职教员教学育人与人力资源供给、职业发展路径和综合能力素质情况关系密切，提升其教学育人能力和水平需从人才引进、职业发展、综合素质三个方面综合施策用力。<br />
Teaching and educating is an important function of military academy civilian teachers, which plays an important role in improving the training quality and school-running level of military academies. From the aspects of perfecting the talent introduction mechanism, smoothing the career development path and improving the comprehensive ability and quality, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching and educating ability of civilian teachers in military academies, focusing on cultivating new military talents and raising the level of military schooling. This paper holds that the teaching and education of civilian teachers in military academies are closely related to the supply of human resources, career development path and comprehensive ability and quality. To improve their teaching ability and level, we should make comprehensive efforts in three aspects: talent introduction, career development and comprehensive quality.
