%X 气管支气管异物在成人中不常见，但可能有潜在的生命危险。其临床症状与影像学检查多无特异性，与呼吸系统多种疾病表现相似，故在临床上易误诊、漏诊。本文就成人气道异物的病史、临床症状、检查及治疗进行概述，以加深临床医生对该病的认识。<br />
Tracheobronchial foreign bodies are uncommon but potentially life-threatening in adults. Its clinical symptoms and imaging examinations are mostly non-specific, similar to the manifestations of various diseases of the respiratory system, so it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed clinically. This article summarizes the medical history, clinical symptoms, examination and treatment of adults’ airway foreign bodies to deepen clinicians’ understanding of the disease.
