%X 延迟退休愈发引起社会关注，在学界也引起广泛争议，本文通过对近年来学者关于延迟退休问题研究的各类观点进行整理。从延迟退休对养老金财务、就业形势、社会经济发展的影响三个方面总结并梳理了各方观点、理论及结论，以为后续的研究及政策设计提供参考。<br />
Delayed retirement has attracted more and more social attention, and also caused widespread controversy in the academic circle. This paper sorted out various viewpoints of scholars on delayed retirement in recent years. This paper summarizes and sorts out the viewpoints, theories and conclusions from the three aspects of delayed retirement on pension finance, employment situation and social and economic development, so as to provide reference for subsequent research and policy design.
