This paper expounds the development trend of “AI + IoT” in the IoT industry, analyzes the tech-nical feasibility of the combination of edge computing, sensor technology, image processing technology and interactive art product design of the current AIoT mainstream technology platform, puts forward the teaching construction idea of “The combination of AIoT and art”, designs relevant experimental teaching schemes, and introduces AI technology, interactive technology, edge computing into the teaching resources of IoT technology course, and explores the development direction of teaching and scientific research of the combination of interactive AIoT and art. %K AIoT,交互式技术,边缘计算,科技与艺术,教学设计
