%X 随着大数据时代的到来，高校教育与大数据的紧密结合已经成为研究生教育管理的必然要求。大数据技术发展给研究生培养理念和管理模式带来新机遇的同时也提出了新的挑战。从大数据视角，本文通过分析当前高校研究生培养管理过程中面临的问题，提出大数据环境下研究生培养管理对策措施，助力新时代高校研究生教育管理的改革和发展。<br />
With the advent of the era of big data, the close integration of college education and big data has become an inevitable requirement for postgraduate education management. The development of big data technology brings new opportunities and challenges to graduate training concepts and management models. From the perspective of big data, this paper analyzes the current problems faced in the process of postgraduate training management in colleges and universities, and proposes countermeasures for postgraduate training management in the big data environment, so as to help the reform and development of postgraduate education management in colleges and universities in the new era.<br />
