%X 当前平台经济繁荣发展，人们的出行购物以及就餐学习都可以在线上完成。平台企业借助互联网科技，通过精准匹配与线下产品进行结合，不断的创造价值。通过平台操作使得全社会的资源得到了高效的配置，但是任何产业的发展都存在着两面性，互联网平台的高速发展也带来了很多的衍生问题，如果有些互联网企业本身在技术数据还有资本方面存在着巨大的优势，短时间内成长为巨头企业，就会不可避免的出现赢家通吃的局面，会对于后来者产生强烈的排斥。有些互联网企业为了提高盈利，不断的增加服务费用，逼迫广大入驻商家2选1，限制商家的自由选择权，或者采用大数据杀熟侵犯消费者权益，出卖用户的信息。不少用户因为个人信息的泄露，而上当受骗。这些行为都影响了平台经济的健康发展，对于平台经济的监管是不得不面对的严峻问题。<br />
With the prosperity and development of the platform economy, people’s travel, shopping and dining learning can be completed online. With the help of Internet technology, platform enterprises continue to create value by combining accurate matching with offline products. Through the operation of the platform, the resources of the whole society have been efficiently allocated, but the development of any industry has two sides. The rapid development of the Internet platform has also brought many derivative problems. If some Internet enterprises have great advantages in technical data and capital and grow into giant enterprises in a short time. There will inevitably be a winner take all situation, which will have a strong rejection of the latecomers. In order to improve profits, some Internet enterprises continue to increase service fees, force the majority of settled businesses to choose one from two, restrict the free choice of businesses, or use big data to kill cooked products, infringe on the rights and interests of consumers and sell users’ information. Many users were cheated because of the disclosure of personal information. These behaviors have affected the healthy development of platform economy, and the supervision of platform economy is a severe problem that we have to face.
