%X 本文探讨当前大学生网络社交的使用现状，总结大学生手机网络社交行为存在碎片化、浅层化、圈层化等特点。针对大学生手机冷落、网络闲逛、网络安全问题突出等问题，基于“使用与满足”理论，对大学生网络社交行为进行心理分析。最后，从高校管理的角度，在加强手机管理、校园文化建设，以及教育引导等方面提出预防和干预策略。<br />
The current study discussed the current situation and the characteristics of college students’ online social network behaviors, such as fragmentation, shallow and circle. In viewing of the problems of online social network behaviors such as Phubbing, Cyberloafing behaviors, and prominent network security, based on the theory of “usage and satisfaction”, the current study further made a psychological analysis of college students’ online social network behaviors. Finally, from the perspective of university management, this paper put forward the prevention and intervention strategies for strengthening mobile phone management, campus culture construction, and educational guidance.
