Evaluation Model of Wuhan Street Quality Based on TOPSIS %A 刘天栋 %A 陈芬 %J Hans Journal of Civil Engineering %P 346-354 %@ 2326-3466 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJCE.2022.113038 %X 本文围绕武汉市街道设计原则和街道通行标准,从街道功能性、街道安全性和街道舒适性三个方面,共汇总17类相关要素,构建街道品质评价指标体系。针对指标体系数据的差异性、主观因素的干扰性、样本对象理想与实际的差异性等存在的问题,提出熵权法和TOPSIS模型作为本文的研究方法,该组合方法可以排除存在的差异性和主观干扰。最后,运用熵权法和TOPSIS模型,基于评价指标体系,对武汉市街道品质进行评价研究和验证模型的有效性。
Based on the street design principles and street standards in Wuhan, this paper summarizes 17 kinds of relevant elements from the three aspects of street functionality, street safety and street comfort, and constructs the street quality evaluation index system. In view of the differences of index system data, interference of subjective factors, and differences between ideal and actual sample objects, the entropy weight method and TOPSIS model are proposed as the research methods of this paper. The combined method can eliminate the differences and subjective interference. Finally, the entropy weight method and TOPSIS model are used to evaluate the street quality of Wuhan city based on the evaluation index system and verify the validity of the model. %K 街道品质评价,熵权法,TOPSIS
