%X 针对城市安全风险的特点，建立城市安全风险评估单元体系，提出了城市安全风险评估方法并进行了应用。城市安全风险评估单元体系由4个一级评估单元、12个二级评估单元、49个三级评估单元组成。城市安全风险综合评估方法由安全生产经营单位风险评估、行业风险评估、区域综合风险评估三层次组成，采用层次分析法(AHP)和专家咨询法(Dlphi)相结合的方法确定各层次评估单元的权重。安全风险综合评估方法在贵州省某城市的应用表明，该方法能全面、客观、便捷地得到城市区域的安全风险状况。<br />
According to the characteristics of urban safety risk, this paper establishes an urban safety risk as-sessment unit system, an urban safety risk assessment method is presented and applied. The urban safety risk assessment unit system consists of 4 first-level assessment units, 12 second-level as-sessment units and 49 third-level assessment units. The comprehensive assessment method of ur-ban safety risk is composed of three levels of risk assessment of work safety operation units, indus-try risk assessment and regional comprehensive risk assessment. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert consultation method (Delphi) were used to determine the weight of each level assess-ment unit. The application of the safety risk comprehensive assessment method in a city of Guizhou Province shows that the method can obtain the safety risk status of urban area comprehensively, objectively and conveniently.
