%X 以党的十八大为标志，党的十八届三中全会、四中全会确立的审判中心主义改革为司法改革的重点，构成了当前司法体制格局下的全新的司法审判总体框架。本文通过对审判委员会制度的历史和现状分析，结合当前以审判为中心的司法改革，探究审判委员会未来改革和发展的方向。<br />
Marked by the 18th CPC National Congress, the judicial centralism reform established at the third and fourth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the focus of judicial reform, which constitutes a new overall framework of judicial trial under the current judicial system pattern. Through the analysis of the history and current situation of the judicial committee system, combined with the current judicial reform centered on trial, this paper explores the direction of the future reform and development of the judicial committee.
