%X 历史唯物主义国家观产生之前，受时代局限和阶级立场的影响，国家是作为至善实体、契约关系、理性化身而存在的。马克思通过对以往国家观的考察，开辟了从现实的客观关系出发研究国家的新路子，将国家建立在了唯物史观基础上，创立了历史唯物主义国家观。“国家治理现代化”正是基于历史唯物主义国家观，同时又进一步发展和丰富了对历史唯物主义国家观理论，彰显中国共产党带领人民治国理政的独特政治智慧和政治魅力。<br />
Constrained by the limitations of the times and the class position, before the birth of the historical materialism concept of state, the state was regarded as the supreme good entity, contractual relationship, and rational incarnation. Marx opened up a brand-new way to study the state problem from the objective relationship of reality, and laid a preliminary class foundation for building the state theory on the scientific historical materialism. The socialist political system with Chinese characteristics will take the historical materialism view of the country as the theoretical source, proceed from the theory, combine with the practice, and show the unique political wisdom and charm of the Communist Party of China (CPC) leading the people to govern the country from the level of national system and legal system.
