%X 人民法庭作为基层人民法院的派出机构，在及时就地化解矛盾纠纷中发挥着重要作用。然而，伴随着法治化进程的不断加快，出现了原有人民法庭职能定位不清晰、保障缺位以及联动不足的现实情况，阻碍了人民法庭在基层社会治理中的作用发挥。为此，必须立足人民法庭的司法职能，深度嵌入社会治理；深化“诉调对接”，促进纠纷化解；强化人才保障，加大支持力度；通过多元联动，不断推进乡村基层社会治理能力的现代化。<br />
As the dispatched office of the grass-roots people’s court, the people’s court plays an important role in resolving contradictions and disputes in time and place. However, with the continuous ac-celeration of the process of rule of law, the actual situation of unclear functional orientation, lack of guarantee and insufficient linkage of the original people’s court has hindered the role of the people’s court in grass-roots social governance. Therefore, we must be based on the judicial function of the people’s court and deeply embedded in social governance; deepen the “connection between litigation and mediation” and promote the resolution of disputes; strengthen the guarantee of talents and increase support; through multiple linkage, we will continue to promote the modernization of rural grass-roots social governance capacity.
