A Qualitative Study of Undergraduates’ Professional Identity %A 赵亚轩 %J Advances in Psychology %P 604-612 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AP.2022.123069 %X 专业认同作为影响大学生专业学习心理和专业能力发展的一个重要问题,受到了我国研究者的高度重视。本研究的目的在于全面了解全日制本科生专业认同的状况,采用质性研究的方法,对8名全日制本科生进行深度访谈。基于扎根理论,总结出本科生专业认同的五种类型:认知主导型、情感主导型、行为主导型、价值主导型、人际主导型。根据本科生专业认同的现状特点,从多角度出发提出相应举措,为提升高校本科生专业认同提供参考和借鉴。
As an important issue affecting the development of college students’ professional learning psy-chology and professional ability, professional identity has been highly valued by Chinese re-searchers. The purpose of this study is to fully understand the professional identity of full-time undergraduates. Eight full-time undergraduates were conducted with in-depth interviews by us-ing the method of qualitative research. Based on grounded theory, this paper summarized five types of undergraduates’ professional identity: cognitive dominant, emotional dominant, behavior dominant, value dominant and interpersonal dominant. According to the current situation and characteristics of undergraduates’ professional identity, this paper puts forward corresponding measures from multiple angles to provide references for improving undergraduates’ professional identity. %K 专业认同,质性研究
