Research on Temporal and Spatial Differences of Provincial Green Innovation Performance in China %A 杨美 %J Management Science and Engineering %P 27-33 %@ 2167-6658 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MSE.2022.111004 %X 绿色创新作为“创新驱动”与“绿色发展”的融合点,是推动中国经济可持续发展的重要动力。研究从经济、环境、社会三个维度构建绿色创新绩效评价体系,基于熵权法的评价模型,测度出2009~2019年中国30个省的绿色创新绩效,并在此基础上展开分析。研究发现,从三大区域情况看,中国省域绿色创新绩效具有显著的地区差异,东部地区创新绩效最高,中部地区次之,西部地区最差;从分省的情况看,江苏省绿色创新绩效最高,青海最差,两者差距显著。
As the integration point of “innovation drive” and “green development”, green innovation is an important driving force to promote China’s sustainable economic development. The research constructs a green innovation performance evaluation system from the three dimensions of economy, environment and society. Based on the evaluation model of entropy weight method, the green innovation performance of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2019 is measured and analyzed. It is found that from the perspective of the three regions, there are significant regional differences in China's provincial green innovation performance. The innovation performance of the eastern region is the highest, the central region is the second, and the western region is the worst; from the perspective of provinces, Jiangsu Province has the highest green innovation performance and Qinghai is the worst, with a significant gap between the two. %K 绿色创绩效,熵权法,地区差异
