Research on Influencing Factors of Science and Technology Security Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process %A 何培蕾 %A 张锐 %A 董佳乐 %A 张鑫 %J Modern Management %P 165-171 %@ 2160-732X %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MM.2022.122023 %X 通过对已有文献进行归纳分析,梳理出影响我国科技安全的因素,即科技环境和科技实力两大类,具体包括国际政治、技术封锁、科技体制、行业水平、科研经费和创新能力、科技人才、科技成果、科技基础。基于层次分析法,利用yaahp工具计算出各因素的权重排序,最终得出创新能力是影响科技安全的最主要因素,科技环境的影响次于科技实力。
Through summarizing and analyzing the existing literature, the factors affecting the safety of science and technology in China are sorted out, namely, scientific and technological environment and strength, including international politics, technology blockade, science and technology system, industry level, scientific research funds and innovation ability, scientific and technological personnel, achievements and foundation. Based on analytic hierarchy process, using the yaahp tool to calculate the weight of each factor. Ultimately, it is concluded that the innovation ability is the most important factor affecting the safety of science and technology, and the influence of science and technology environment is second to the strength of science and technology. %K 科技安全,影响因素,层次分析法
