%X 公众对政府治理绩效的评价会显著影响其对官员的信任程度。政府补助政策就是通过资本援助的方式，向居民提供一种无偿的财富转移。政府的治理绩效包括经济增长、失业率、犯罪率、社会福利等方面。政府补助政策就是通过资本援助的方式来提升公众的收入。进而促进社会的经济增长。其中最典型的政策就是扶贫政策。因此，本文基于解决贫困问题背景下，利用中国综合社会调查数据，CFPS2016实证分析政府补助政策是否能提高官员政治信任。本文得出结论：在性别、年龄、学历、入党情况家庭收入情况这些影响居民对官员信任的因素得到控制的情况下，拿到政府补助的居民会更加信任政府。当区分主观和客观的官员绩效后，客观评价官员政治绩效对政治信任产生正向影响，高效率的职务绩效将提高公众对政府的信任程度。在客观制度绩效中，公共服务绩效和腐败治理绩效对政治信任有显著正向影响。<br />
The public’s evaluation of government governance performance will significantly affect their trust in officials. The government subsidy policy is to provide residents with a free transfer of wealth by means of capital assistance. The government’s governance performance includes economic growth, unemployment rate, crime rate, social welfare and so on. Government subsidy policy is to increase public income through capital assistance, thereby promoting the economic growth of the society. One of the most typical policies is the poverty alleviation policy. Therefore, this paper is based on the background of solving the poverty problem. Using China’s comprehensive social survey data, CFPS2016 empirically analyzes whether the government subsidy policy can improve the political trust of officials. The conclusion of this paper is that when the factors that affect residents’ trust in officials, such as gender, age, education, membership in the Party and family income, are controlled, residents who receive government subsidies will trust the government more. After distinguishing subjective and objective officials’ performance, objective evaluation of officials’ political performance has a positive impact on political trust, and efficient job performance will improve the public’s trust in the government. In the objective institutional performance, public service performance and corruption governance performance have a significant positive impact on political trust.
