%X Empathy refers to the ability to understand othersĄŻ feelings and experiences to produce some cognitive perceptions, that is, the ability to ponder from othersĄŻ perspectives. With the fierce competition in society and the growing Ą°information cocoonĄ± in cyberspace, this study is aimed to investigate and study the relevant factors that affect the empathy performance of college students at school. Finally, it has found some factors that have a significant impact on the level of college studentsĄŻ empathy: gender factors, family education factors, etc. It also tried to arouse the attention of society, teachers and parents to the cultivation of studentsĄŻ empathy. At the end of the article, it provides some suggestions for cultivating studentsĄŻ empathy, especially for building a society where rationality and warmth coexist.
