%X 首先确定最小变形区长度保证该型材成形质量的同时不存在纵向塑性变形。依据所提出假设及相关文献建立了型材在辊弯过程中横向弯曲所需内功的数学表达式,得到影响该内功的最主要因素为型材的屈服强度,因此本文从型材在加热过程中屈服强度在整个变形区内变化及分布情况入手利用积分法建立了变屈服强度下热弯成形力的数学表达式。
Firstly, the length of the minimum deformation zone is determined to ensure that the profile does not have longitudinal plastic deformation at the same time. Established on the basis of the proposed hypothesis and related literature material in the process of roll bending transverse bending, the mathematical expression of internal work is required, to get the main factors affecting the internal work for the material yield strength, so this article, from the material yield strength in the process of heating the variation in the deformation zone and the distribution of the integral method under the variable yield strength, establishes the mathematical expression of hot bending forming force.
