Study on the Mechanism of Jibei Kechuan Capsule’s Antitussive, Antiasthmatic and Expectorant Effects Based on Network Pharmacology %A 余漂 %A 王祥培 %A 徐锋 %A 靳凤云 %A 吴红梅 %J Hans Journal of Biomedicine %P 18-26 %@ 2161-8984 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJBM.2022.121003 %X 目的:探讨吉贝咳喘胶囊止咳、平喘、祛痰潜在活性成分和可能的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP、Swiss Target Prediction、Uniprot等数据库并结合文献挖掘吉贝咳喘胶囊的活性成分和作用靶点,通过OMIM、Genecards生物数据库筛选出咳嗽、痰、哮喘的相关靶点,取两者交集,将交集靶点导入STRING数据库的PPI网络,筛选核心靶点,将其导入David数据库进行基因本体(GO)功能、京都基因和基因百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。结果:筛选出吉贝咳喘胶囊168个活性成分和797个潜在靶点,9894个疾病相关靶点,药物与疾病共有629个交集靶点。吉贝咳喘胶囊可能通过调节HIF1A、IL-6、MMP9、AKT1、MAPK3等靶点,干预PI3K-Akt通路、MAPK通路、TNF通路、HIF-1通路、癌症通路等相关信号通路,从而达到止咳、平喘、祛痰的作用。结论:该研究通过网络药理学方式预测了吉贝咳喘胶囊止咳、平喘、祛痰的主要活性成分、靶点和相关通路,可为进一步研究提供参考。
Objective: To study the potential active ingredients of Jibei Kechuan Capsule for antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant and its possible mechanism of action. Methods: Combining literature with TCMSP, Swiss Target Prediction, Uniprot and other databases obtained the active ingredients and targets of Jibei Kechuan Capsules. The OMIM and Genecards biological databases screened out targets related to cough, asthma, and sputum, and the intersection of the two was selected. Then importing the intersection targets into the STRING database obtained PPI network. Screening the core targets and putting them into the David database conducted enrichment analysis. Results: 168 active ingredients and 797 potential targets of the preparation were screened out, 9894 targets related to cough, asthma, and sputum. There are a total of 629 intersection targets between the two. Jibei Kechuan Capsules may interfere with PI3K-Akt pathway, MAPK pathway, TNF pathway, HIF-1 pathway, cancer pathway and other related signal pathways by regulating HIF1A, IL-6, MMP9, AKT1, MAPK3 and other targets, so as to achieve suppression. It had the effect of relieving cough, relieving, asthma, and expectorating. Conclusion: This study predicts the main active ingredients, targets and related pathways of Jibei Kechuan Capsule for antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant through network pharmacology, which can provide reference for further research. %K 吉贝咳喘胶囊,止咳,平喘,祛痰,网络药理学,作用机制
