%X 基于长三角城市群36个城市2006~2018年的面板数据，本文采用相对价格法构造劳动力市场一体化数据，并采用中介效应模型分析劳动力市场一体化对经济增长的影响及作用机制。研究结果显示，劳动力市场一体化对经济发展存在明显的促进作用，且技术创新是劳动力市场一体化作用于经济发展的重要中介变量。为此，要不断提高劳动力市场一体化水平，畅通人才流动的各种渠道，促进技术创新，从而推动产业转型升级，最终提高经济发展质量。<br />
Based on the panel data of 36 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2006 to 2018, this paper uses the relative price method to construct the data of labor market integration, and uses the intermediary effect model to analyze the impact and mechanism of labor market integration on economic growth. The results show that labor market integration plays an obvious role in promoting economic development, and technological innovation is an important intermediary variable of labor market integration on economic development. Therefore, we should constantly improve the level of labor market integration, smooth various channels for labor mobility, and pro-mote technological innovation, so as to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and finally improve the quality of economic development.
